ISO 9001 Certified
Achieving ISO 9001 quality management system certification demonstrates the ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction.
ISO 13485 - Medical Devices
Specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices and related services.
IPC A-610 CLASS III
IPC-A-610 is the most widely used electronics assembly standard in the world. There are 3 classes in this standard and the most stringent requirements (Class III) are specified for life support and mission critical systems.
J-STD CERTIFIED
Megaforce is a J-STD-001 facility adhering to stringent standards spanning defect and process control, inspection methodology and process verification inspection, and is well equipped to serve the military and other high-reliability electronics markets such as aerospace and medical
SPACE ELECTRONICS CERTIFIED
The J-STD-001 DS, Space Electronics Hardware Addendum provides additional requirements over those published in IPC J-STD-001D to ensure the reliability of soldered electrical and electronic assemblies that must survive the vibration and thermal cyclic environments experienced while traveling and operating in space.
ITAR REGISTERED
International Traffic In Arms Registration (ITAR) - Administered by the Office of the Defense Trade Controls Compliance (DDTC), under authority established by the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), ITAR regulates the manufacture, export, import and transfer of defense articles and services, and is a precursor to serving the homeland security, aerospace and military markets.
CONFLICT MINERALS
Megaforce is committed to supporting the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Section 1502, Conflict Minerals directive and requires all their suppliers to fully comply with it and does not knowingly source any raw material or manufacture any products containing conflict minerals.
