New Product Introduction is an essential part of Megaforce’s business model. Through the years, our NPI Team has taken many customers to volume production. Our quick turn-around times have helped customers achieve shorter time-to-market releases on their products.
We understand that during the NPI stage changes to the design are inevitable. To meet these challenges, Megaforce assigns a dedicated NPI team that will ensure that your product is built to your specifications. The NPI team will help identify and eliminate potential manufacturing issues through DFM (design for manufacturability) and Board Test / Failure Analysis. All prototype builds are assigned to a fully flexible manufacturing line that can adapt to changes on the fly.
In addition to prototype assembly, we offer complete system level builds, testing, and material procurement during the NPI stage. Our goal is to seamlessly transition your product from design to volume production. This helps ensure continuity of the product and its manufacturing process.
